The starting point doesn't have any KE either because it is not moving. At the 1st point it has the most GPE because it is at the highest point. At the 1st point has a little KE because it is moving a little. As we move through the roller coaster the 2nd point has a little GPE because it is at a slight angle. It also has KE because it is moving. At the last point or the 3rd one it has a little GPE because it is off the groung a little. At the 3rd point it also has just a little KE because it is slightly moving. In conclusion the amount of GPE is connected to the amount of KE because when the roller coaster has the most GPE it also has the most KE because it is at the highest point and then when it falls it has the most KE because it is falling the fastest.
